MileHunter is a product of salnova GmbH ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

This policy applies to the MileHunter service available at milehunter.ch and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

3.1 Account Data — When you register, we collect: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form).

3.2 Loyalty Programme Data — To provide our tracking functionality, we may process: Miles & More member number or similar loyalty identifiers, mileage balances and transaction history you enter or import, airline, flight, and redemption information.

3.3 Usage Data — We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the service: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and interactions within the service, date and time of access.

3.4 Payment Data — Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and acts as the seller of record for your subscription. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information on how Paddle processes your data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the MileHunter service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, password reset)
