Welcome to MileHunter, a product of salnova GmbH ("we", "our", "us"). MileHunter is a web-based service available at milehunter.ch that helps users track and manage their Miles & More frequent flyer miles and related loyalty programme activity.

By accessing or using MileHunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MileHunter. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of MileHunter, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Use of the Service

MileHunter is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Third-Party Data and Integrations

MileHunter may connect to or display data from third-party loyalty programmes, including Miles & More. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Miles & More, Lufthansa Group, or any other loyalty programme operator. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

The accuracy of loyalty programme data depends on information provided by you or retrieved from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of MileHunter may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:

• Subscription fees are charged in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on MileHunter are the intellectual property of salnova GmbH or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MileHunter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any data displayed will be accurate or up to date
• The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, salnova GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of miles, points, or other loyalty benefits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
